does it work
KHOU News 11 Houston tried out the Aero Knife in a “Does It Work” segment. They enlisted the help of a local restaurant chef who they knew would be able to tell a good knife one he saw one. The chef tested out the knife on a number of foods including Napa cabbage, a tomato, a New York strip steak, and even an extra thick crust cherry pie. The chef thought that Aero Knife did more than a decent job thinly slicing all of the foods, and noted that they were not sticking to the knife as advertised.
